Why a plan helps

Annual plan
The simplest ongoing option for most homes.
One tankless flush and one system check each year, with reminders and priority scheduling built in. Current launch pricing is $199 for the year, and the premium flush scope can be added for +$49/year. If you are starting with a one-time standard flush instead, the Premium Flush is a $50 upgrade.
Biannual plan
More frequent care for homeowners who want it.
Flushes and system checks every 6 months give higher-use homes a more proactive maintenance routine. Current launch pricing totals $358 over a full year. If a unit has gone more than a year without a flush, the Premium Flush can be the better one-time starting point before settling into a regular plan.
Trust
Fully insured and focused on preventive maintenance.
FlowSure plans are built for homeowners who want routine care, reminders, and a clearer maintenance rhythm without being pushed into repair upsells.
Water damage prevention
Regular maintenance can help reduce expensive surprises.
Staying ahead of buildup and visible wear is one of the simplest ways to keep small maintenance issues from turning into larger repair costs later.
What FlowSure handles
Preventive maintenance with a clear scope.
FlowSure focuses on tankless flushing and visible system checks. Limited inlet water filter service may be included with the Premium Tankless Flush when a model-matched part applies, but repair work, warranty work, and larger parts replacement stay outside this service scope.

Choose a plan now, or book a one-time visit first.
If you want reminders and a regular maintenance rhythm, start with a plan. If you would rather begin with one visit, book the tankless flush and decide later.
